Noticed that I haven't written anything in awhile.Didn't want anyone that happened by thinking I haven't been doing well.I have been doing great.
Thought I would post a picture of a workout that I have really enjoyed the last couple of months.It is Wii Walk It Out workout game.It's load of fun and you get a great workout while having fun.I usually workout for an hour or more while moving and playing the game.When you finish your workout you get stats stating how you did.I have been averaging at least 8,000 steps and burn at least 300 calories while having lots of fun.
Back in January I went back to the Spark People website.I had been using the website a few years ago to lose weight.I did well then but didn't keep up with it.
Since January 1st I am now down 18 pounds and several inches.I've gone down a size or two in jeans and a top size.I feel fantastic and have lots of energy.
I have a blog on Spark People where I post about my weight loss journey.I sort of forgot about this blog.Hope to come back here at least once a month and post something.Don't know if anyone else is reading this but I want to keep up with it since I started it last October.
